Return & Refund Policy

Issued by order of the Guild of Honest Trades — enforced by the shadowy hand of Malakk Nightingale.

Custom Commissions – Bound by Blood and Ink

When you commission a custom or made to order piece from our workshop, you enter a sacred pact. These handcrafted treasures are forged to your legend and thus are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges. Choose your enchantments wisely, adventurer — once the deal is struck, it is sealed.

Standard Goods – A Fair Exchange

For all other wares pulled from our vault (non-custom items), we honor returns — under the following conditions:

  • Send Word Quickly: You must request your return within 7 days of your item’s arrival (as tracked by carrier ravens or magical couriers).

  • Act Swiftly: Once your return is approved, you’ll have 7 days to dispatch the item back to our outpost. Miss this window, and the return is void — the magic fades.

  • Return in Original Condition: Items must return unscathed and unused, wrapped in their original protection spells (packaging).

  • The Journey Back is Yours: Return shipping costs fall to the customer. Use a trackable method — if it vanishes into the wilds, we cannot retrieve it.

Gold Recovered

Once your returned item reaches us and passes inspection, your coin will be returned via the same magical method (original payment). Note: original shipping costs will not be refunded — those were spent on spells and saddlebags.

To Begin a Return Quest

  1. Send a Raven (or Email): Contact us at [your email address] with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Await Approval from the Guild: If your claim is valid, we’ll send return coordinates and instructions.

  3. Dispatch the Goods: Ship the item within 7 days using a trackable method.

  4. Final Judgment: Once your item arrives and clears inspection, your refund will be processed.

Your story starts here — but if the tale takes a wrong turn, we’ll help set it right (unless you asked for a dragon-skin dagger sheath with your initials in Elvish — that’s on you).
