At Hide and Sneak, every parcel is packed with care, charm, and a pinch of rogue’s luck — ready to journey across the land (and sea) to find its rightful bearer. Please read the terms of dispatch below before you embark on your purchase.

Who Pays the Courier?

All shipping costs — whether for your initial delivery, a return, or an exchange — are the responsibility of the customer. These coins cover the steeds, ships, or air elementals tasked with carrying your goods.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, even if an item is returned to our guild hall.

International Dispatches

We ship far and wide, beyond the borders of the local realms. Whether you dwell in the Northern Wastes or the Isles of Mist, if a courier can reach you, so can we.
Please note: You may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees depending on your location. These are not within our control and are paid directly to your local authority.

Timing Your Quest

  • Processing Times: Each item requires time to enchant, inspect, and prepare. Some are ready in a flash; others need a careful touch. You’ll see specific timing on each product page. Processing time is anytime between 1-4 weeks depending on product and current volume. 

  • Shipping Times: Once dispatched, your parcel’s journey time is determined by the courier service, not by us. We cannot control delays due to weather, customs, or roving bandits.

  • Signature May Be Required: For high-value or enchanted goods, a signature may be required upon delivery. Ensure someone worthy is present to receive the parcel.
